駆動部が上段にあるため、下段部の点検及び付帯設備の設置が容易です。
作業空間が広く、Die Setを前方·後方で脱着でき、交換が便利で、前面に自動化設備及び成形品移送装置などの設置が容易です。
成形品の放出位置が充填の深さと関係なく、常に一定であるため、別途放出調整が必要なく、金型設計の際にも便利です。
上部のラムにストロークが長いホルドダウンシリンダーが内蔵されており、ダイから製品が放出されるまで上パンチが成形品を伸ばすことができるため、大きい成形品を放出する際、スプリングバックによるクラック防止に優れた性能を発揮します。
タッチスクリーンから調整装置を簡単に設定でき、デジタルカウンターによって設定値が表示されるため、作業者は簡単に調整量を設定し、確認できます。
