- 焼結品の内径、外径及び高さを矯正し、密度を高めて強度を増大させる精密動作サイジングプレスです。
- DIE SETによる金型セッティング方式であり、DIE SETを前方·後方で脱着でき、交換が便利です。
- 前面に自動化設備及び成形品供給装置などの設置が容易です。
- エジェクションカムによるエジェクションレバー動作で押出能力に優れております。
- 多段の成形品も校正できる広い空間を備えております。
- 主要部がボックス型フレーム内部に位置し、潤滑状態が優秀で騒音が少ないです。
- プレス上部にある駆動部の修理のためのデック(Deck)及び梯子が基本的に設置されており、追加工事が不要です。
